On a far away, storm-lashed Island named Orkney sits Highland Park Distillery, producing a Whisky much in the same way it was made 220 ago. 

The Whisky produced at Highland Park is lightly peated with peat rich in heather, a small floral ground cover endemic to Scotland. This produces a sweet honeyed and balanced smoke which Highland Park is famous for.
